Finishing Conveyor System

Paint Line Conveyor Systems and Material Handling Solutions

Production Systems integrates a full range of domestic conveyor technologies to support efficient, reliable movement of parts throughout the finishing process. Our capabilities include overhead enclosed‑track systems, I‑beam conveyors, manual and power‑only configurations, power‑and‑free systems, tow lines, and both belt and roller conveyors. These solutions are engineered for overhead hang lines as well as on‑floor and in‑floor tow and flat‑line applications, giving manufacturers the flexibility to design a material handling flow that aligns with their production needs.

In addition to system integration, Production Systems provides custom‑engineered conveyor designs and complementary material handling equipment. This includes carts, carriers, loading and unloading solutions, inclined belt conveyors with integrated dust collection for sanding or wiping operations, strand and spindle conveyors, chain‑on‑edge systems, and power rotators. Each solution is tailored to the specific requirements of the finishing line, ensuring smooth part movement, consistent coating quality, and maximum operational efficiency.

Production Systems delivers conveyor and material handling solutions that enhance throughput, reduce labor, and support a seamless, high‑performance finishing process.

Types of Conveyors

Production Systems’ design and engineering team will work with your requirements to integrate the right conveyor solution.

Infloor tow line conveyors are designed for heavier weighted items to be finished. Carts can easily be removed from the in ground track system to adjust to your finishing needs. The infloor design allows for a longer life and dexterity.

Onfloor tow line conveyors are best suited for lighter items. Similar to the infloor tow line, the track will be on the ground but not dug into the concrete. Best suited for smaller finishing lines, the onfloor tow line can easily be relocated for future operations.

Overhead I-beam conveyor will support heavier products for finishing. Structural support is added to hold the conveyor system in place as products run along the track.

Overhead enclosed track conveyors are best suited for less weight and offer less contamination for the conveyor to your finished product.

Power & free conveyors provide you with complete control by using a dual track system. The power track will move your parts throughout the line while the free track can disengage to move your product to another section of the line.

Chain-on-edge conveyors are best suited for finishing small delicate parts. This type of conveyor is ideal for automated finishing systems. Parts sitting on top of the chain-on-edge system prevents contamination from the conveyor itself, preventing damage to the finish.

Flat line conveyor is best suited for automatic finishing of flat products, such as cabinetry and exterior home building products.
