Production Systems recently installed an open faced, dry filter paint booth with rear exhaust. The overall dimensions of the paint booth are 9’4’’ wide x 7’8’’ high x 7’2’’ deep. The paint booths exhaust included a 30’’ Tubeaxial fan with motor, belts, and a motor guard rated for 8,000 CFM at .375’’ ESP. The exhaust stack penetrated through a rear wall with a back draft damper and weather hood. A wall mounted air supply fan with housing, gravity dampers, weather hood, disconnect, and filter box was also installed to supply air for the Paint Booth.
