Open Face Paint Booths Technical Data 

Production Systems paint booths conform to OSHA, NFPA, UFC and EPA regulations. The paint booth panels are fabricated of 18 gauge galvanized sheet metal formed with companion flanges, pre-punched on 6″ centers for bolted assembly.

All booths include a robust package of standard features engineered for quality, safety, and productivity—giving you dependable performance from day one.

Production Systems includes all essential components in your upfront price. Everything you need is built into our prices — no surprises, no add‑ons, no hidden fees.

  1. Tube Axial Exhaust Fan specified for 125 FPM across the booth opening.
  2. LDPI inside access 120/277 volt universal electronic ballast light fixtures, rated for Class I Division II hazardous location, dust-tight, and ignition-proof. . Fixtures are LED 5000K with whip cord and lamps.
  3. Qty. (1) UL 508A listed Paint Booth Control Panel with motor starter, push buttons, and lighting control 3 Phase only.
  4. Duct Package Including (2) pieces of 47’’ Straight Duct with Angle Rings, (1) Duct Access Door, (1) Curb Cover with Duct Welded, (1) Gravity Control Damper Top
  5. Qty. (1) 1/2” NPT 3 way solenoid valve
  6. Qty. (1) Exhaust air flow proving switch with mounting kit
